Gist is a private CRM assistant operated by Steadfast Design Firm LLC. It is available by invitation only to an approved Steadfast employee. It is not a public messaging program, and it does not send marketing, promotional, or prospect-facing messages.
Who receives messages
Only an approved Steadfast employee whose mobile number has been added to an internal allowlist. The number is added by hand after a written invitation has been issued and accepted. No customers, prospects, purchased lists, public users, or third parties are enrolled.
A text sent to the Gist number from any number that is not on the allowlist is rejected and receives no reply. There is no public signup form, which is why this page exists.
How the user opts in
The approved employee receives a written invitation instructing them to text START to (984) 254-5823. The invitation reads:
You have been approved to use Gist, the private CRM assistant operated by Steadfast Design Firm LLC. To activate it, text START to (984) 254-5823. Gist replies to your CRM commands and may send up to one weekday morning task summary when qualifying tasks exist. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. After texting START, the user receives this confirmation:

This is the only way in. There is no web form, no QR code, and no verbal or implied enrollment. Accepting the invitation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

- Mobile information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is shared only with service providers that deliver the messages and operate the CRM.

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. STOP ends all messages from this number, including the weekday task summary. Reply START to resubscribe.
